My credit card was declined when I know I have funds available. Why?
There are a number of reasons but you may want to double check the card information you entered on your order. Most of the time there is a credit card number or expiration date accidentally entered incorrectly. It is also possible that the bank will not allow a transaction if the billing address you enter does not match the address on file with your credit card company. This is a security measure for internet orders. Your bank does not tell us why the card is declined so you will need to contact your card issuer directly. Other reason a purchase does not complete.
If you have a unit # such as apartment # 8, enter that on the second address line. If you have a PO box and physical address, it is best not to use both or, enter a PO box on the second address line.
Do you charge sales tax ?
At publishing, we charge sales tax for shipments to Pennsylvania only. If regulations require us to collect additional taxes, we will comply with all applicable requirements.
Where can you ship?
We ship to locations in the Continental US and some locations in Canada. Additional shipping may apply for some locations outside of the contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Because we have a large number of products from specialty companies the answer
varies a bit but, here are some general guidelines.
Most products take 7-10 business days to reach their destination. Occasionally, a product is out of stock or is
delayed. When we learn of a delay, we will notify you via email.
The following are some of the exceptions:
All personalized product take several weeks. The product description
will show an estimate.
Personalized ceramic dog bowls can take 3-5 weeks.
Wooden gates and feeders beginning with stock number WW can take 3-7 weeks.
Hand made custom collars take 3-5 weeks.
Order early around the holidays to insure timely delivery.
