 Dog Collar Sizing Guide

The best way to measure your dog for a collar, and to assure that it will be comfortable without it coming off, is to take a tape measure and start at the top of his neck. Run the tape measure around the dog's neck until you reach the beginning of the tape. From there, simply add 2" (inches) to the total length--this gives you enough room to work with size adjustment.

If your dog has a 16" neck, and you order an 16" collar, then more than likely this collar will not fit. A 16" collar should actually be used for a dog with a 14" neck, giving your pet the extra comfort that fits properly and is secure and comfortable.

. A few collars are not sized this way. These collars are noted in the product description.

If you do not have a tape measure, use string, then measure the string.
