Ruby Slipper Dog Collar

This red dog collar is a BIG 1" wide! It has both ruby and diamond rhinestones. Also includes a D-Ring leash connector. Beautiful! Sizes for this collar are Custom Crafted for Actual Neck Size! Measure the neck size by snuggly wrapping a tape measure around the neck without bunching up fur or skin. A hole will be put 1/2" after that measurement and another one 1/2" after that. These fancy collars are custom made to your measurements. Returns due to incorrect measurements are not accepted. PLEASE measure carefully. Allow up to 2 weeks to produce your custom fancy dog collar.
